Everything sold in the In Homestead shop is a digital download (PDF guides, planners and kits). This page explains when you can get your money back and how to ask.

When you can get a refund

We will refund your purchase in full, within 30 days of the order date, if any of these apply:

• Your download link did not arrive, or the file will not open, and we cannot fix it within 3 business days of your message.
• The file you received is not the product described on the product page.
• You were charged twice for the same product.
• You bought a single product and then bought a bundle that already contains it within the same 30 days. We will refund the single product.

When refunds are not available

Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once a file has been downloaded, except in the situations listed above.

How to request a refund

Email info@inhomestead.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. Tell us what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks and PayPal show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
